We are seeking a smart, well-presented, and customer-focused Customer Relationship Executive to manage our reception and front office operations. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for students, clients, visitors, and business partners, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience while coordinating front office activities efficiently.

Guide students through international education opportunities, admissions processes, and career pathways with professional counselling and communication support.

Assist students with course selection, enquiry handling, follow-ups, and academic guidance while supporting the admissions team.

Manage student admissions, oversee counselling operations, coordinate enrolments, and ensure a smooth admission experience for students and parents.

Supervise hostel operations, maintain discipline, support student wellbeing, and ensure a safe and comfortable campus environment.

Conduct German language training sessions, support students in A1–B2 preparation, and help improve speaking, grammar, and communication skills.
